(Penyuluhan Personal Hygiene Pada Remaja Putri Saat Menstruasi di MAN 1 Kolaka, Kecamatan Kolaka, Kab. Kolaka)

Abstract

Currently unhygienic habits during menstruation, which can jeopardize their reproductive health. One of the impacts of a lack of personal hygiene is vaginal infection. Lack of knowledge and awareness of adolescent girls in maintaining personal hygiene, especially during menstruation, can have a negative impact on health, especially the genitalia area. Therefore, this community service activity will be held for female students to prevent various kinds of  reproductive system disorders during menstruation by taking care of hygiene.

The purpose of the activity is to provide knowledge for adolescents, namely junior high school students, about the dangers of smoking for health and intelligence and to create a young generation that is free from smoking. The main target or special target of this activity is the teenage students of MAN 1 Kolaka High School which is located at Jalan Tunambae No. 1 Sabilambo, Kec. Kolaka The method used in this activity is through percentage, video screening, practice, lecture, and discussion and question and answer. The activity was carried out on December 21, 2024 at  MAN 1 Kolaka class XII. There were 33 students who attended.
