Abstract

The Nahdlyin Agrobisnis Gunung Lerang Islamic Boarding School is a relatively new Islamic boarding school located in a remote area, although it has only been operating for the past 3 years but already has quite a lot of students, therefore in adapting to the environment there is a need for education and guidance for students to avoid all forms of delinquency. teenagers because adolescence is an important phase of life for a person. At this age, teenagers are faced with various emotional, physical, social and mental transitions and changes. However, not all teenagers are able to face these changes positively. Some parties experience juvenile delinquency problems such as drug abuse, violence, bullying and other negative behavior. Therefore, it is necessary to have a forum for students to be able to explore their abilities not only in the academic field, but in the non-academic field so that it is considered mandatory for students to take part in organizational activities or what are called extracurricular activities to fill teenagers' free time, by involving students in a way. active in useful activities so that the school can help prevent them from engaging in negative behavior.
