Currently, Indonesia has three burdens of nutritional problems (triple burden), namely stunting, wasting and obesity as well as micronutrient deficiencies such as anemia. Children need the right food at the right time to grow and develop optimally. The most critical time for good nutrition is during the 1,000-day period from pregnancy to the child's second birthday. Continued for school age children, teenagers and adults. So, this is where the important role of parents and family plays in providing balanced nutrition for family members.

The existence of food taboos or foods that according to myths should not be consumed by individuals or society means that nutrition is not fulfilled optimally, so nutritional literacy is needed so that people know, understand and adapt the habit of consuming balanced nutrition.
